Methodology

The Master in Accounting and Financial Management (specialization in Controlling), (blended learning) combines theory and practice with a highly participative methodology. The teaching objective is to analyse in depth both the conceptual frameworks, so as to understand and examine the world of financial management, and the most advanced applications used at present.

Evaluation

 

Assessment is carried out based on class attendance (80% of the sessions for each module), class participation, set work, tests, exercises and the preparation of a dissertation.

Tools

UPF Barcelona School of Management’s blended masters programs, postgraduate courses and short courses combine distance learning with face-to-face sessions that strengthen experiential learning, practical case studies and group work. The regularity, duration and methodology of the face-to-face sessions vary according to the program, thus adapting to the specific needs of the students.
