Mercè Martín is Head of the People and Organization Area in the Business and Management Strategy department, Director of the Master in Management and People Management in Organizations and lecturer at the UPF Barcelona School of Management.

Before joining the UPF-BSM, Mercè supported the development of people and teams in different companies at national and international level. Among other positions, she has been Head of Learning & Development/South Europe Regional Lead of Danone and member of the International Group of Learning and Development of Danone, coordinating projects at a global level.
