Postgraduate Course in International Finance
It combines various types of pedagogical methodologies (cases, business games, group work, report presentations, etc.) in order to encourage interaction between participants.
The sessions are eminently participative and integrate the exposition of theoretical concepts by the teachers with the active intervention of the participants: they discuss and solve practical cases, they develop in teams of role plays and company based on real and current problems , And a project is prepared in a group that allows to put into practice the acquired learning.
Between session and session, participants should study the documentation provided and prepare the exercises that will be resolved later in class. It is estimated that for each teaching hour, between one and two hours of work outside the classroom are needed.
Face-to-face masters programs, postgraduate courses and short courses at UPF Barcelona School of Management combine active student participation with the teaching of theoretical and practical concepts. This type of learning focuses on discussing and resolving case studies in the classroom and applying the knowledge acquired to real-life situations. Face-to face programs use Aula Global, the virtual campus, to maintain continuity between classroom sessions.
