The Leo Messi Foundation collaborates on the Postgraduate Programme in Management of Sports Bodies
The aim of the collaboration agreement between the Leo Messi Foundation and the Continuing Education Institute Foundation of the Pompeu Fabra University is to support the specialisation and innovation of sports companies and to contribute to their growth.
Ricardo Guisepponi, from the Leo Messi Foundation, and Daniel Vitali, international delegate of the UPF, signed an agreement between the two bodies to collaborate on the development of the University Postgraduate Programme in Management of Sports Bodies which is being taught from this month of June in Rosario (Argentina).
The inauguration of the Postgraduate Programme in Management of Sports Bodies, organised by the Pompeu Fabra University and the Leo Messi Foundation took place on 3 June at the headquarters of the Leo Messi Private Foundation in the city of Rosario before the 31 students who will participate in this First Edition. The students include senior managers from the sports Associations of Rosario and of the province of Santa Fe.
The function opened with some words of welcome by Raul Superti and Ricardo Giusepponi on behalf of the Leo Messi Private Foundation. Then Daniel Vitali, international delegate of the Pompeu Fabra University, addressed a few words to the students to present the university and welcome them. Carles Murillo and Pere Solanellas, directors and lecturers of the postgraduate programme, then presented the course and thanked all those present for their effort, support and interest.
After the opening, the postgraduate programme began officially with the class by Carles Murillo, which was applauded and very well received by those present.
