Gay de Liébana gives a lecture on football and economics

The economist José María Gay de Liébana gave a lecture on football and economics to students on UPF-IDEC’s Master in Sports Journalism and provided an insight into the finances of Europe’s “big five” leagues. The UPF-IDEC Master in Sports Journalism is an entirely vocational program that offers an in-depth study of the latest trends in sports journalism, in terms of press, radio, television, communications agencies and new “Internet 2.0” formats. It provides students with training in all the aspects of the discipline, including economic, legal, medical and other areas.
