Social networks play an increasingly important role for both individuals and businesses, as they convey aspects such as happiness, obesity or even depression and, on the other hand, can also be used as a management tool.
We know that through the messages generated in social networks we can analyze behaviors, trends and different emotions. This study can be used by the marketing department or human resources department with the aim of acting advantageously for our company.
In fact, through the social networks' analysis we can know in scientific ways who are really the people or companies that play a relevant role in the networks and what they do. Thanks to this, we can modify the network or decide which message will be transmitted and to whom in order to benefit our business.
