The Postgraduate Programme in the Selection, Evaluation and Preservation of Human Potential (CSAC) analyses the techniques for the selection, evaluation and conservation of talent in the companies. The matters dealt with focus on the tools necessary to determine which people should be chosen, hired and retained in the organization, and in this case, on the adequate treatment of the disassociation of professionals to the company.

This Postgraduate Programme in the Selection, Evaluation and Preservation of Human Potential (CSAC) comes under the academic syllabus of the Master in Human Resource Management in Organisations .

The techniques, reflections and considerations to be taken into account on choosing and evaluating the people to collaborate on the development of a company project are the key factor for success. This course will therefore analyse techniques for choosing people and evaluating their potentials in the company. Particular attention shall be paid to the matter of the selection interview from the perspective of competencies or focused, in-depth and CV-based.

The programme also introduces the application of rebalancing instruments, such as outplacements .
