The programme follows a varied methodology: participative classes, case studies, team work, business simulations, business projects, conferences, visits
to companies and the business plan.
It is essential that students attend classes and actively participate in the programme in order to fully take advantage of the Master's.
Projects
Students will complete three projects so that they may integrate and put into practice the knowledge acquired during the programme.
Each project will be supervised by tutors who will guide the teams through the process from beginning to end. After completing the projects, students
will complete an oral presentation and written report, before receiving an evaluation.
• CEP: Competitive Environment Project (module 3)
The Competitive Environment Project brings into play the student's ability to interpret situations in the markets in which businesses compete.
Teams will assess the economic climate and conditions of their sector and the strategy followed by the business and its competitors, all from a business
perspective. They will reach suitable conclusions regarding the current situation and future development of the sector and the opportunities and threats
that it presents. Finally, they will draw up a report and give an oral presentation.
• IEP: International Environment Project (module 4)
This consists of preparing a proposal for an economic activity to be carried out in an international context. For example: implanting a Spanish company
in China.
The team will also draw up a report and give an oral presentation.
• Business Plan Project (modules 5 and 6)
This will deal with a real business opportunity or problem, allowing students to develop analytical and diagnostic skills and giving them experience
in the presentation of viable recommendations for business management.
The Business Plan is the final project of the Master's and must include all the contents of the subjects that have been studied on the programme,
as well as personal experience and judgement.

The virtual campus
Our programmes use the virtual campus, called Aula Global, as a place of continuity between presential sessions.
Aula Global, as a virtual learning environment offers multiple functions to facilitate communication, to access information and to deliver activities.
The Aula Global of each program is the space where participants will find the documentation of the subjects. They can also check out activities, check grades and access the program schedules. Similarly, the Aula Global provides access to various areas of communication.
