The course contents are structured into two sections by subject-matter, with a previous introductory module. The first includes all the core subjects,
which are common to the whole development of activities within the sports sector, while the second is devoted to five specific areas of application.
The programme is completed with a module focused on improving transversal competences. This part of the course is aimed at developing the skills related
to professional individual and team work. It likewise introduces the personal experiences of a series of guests who, through seminars and debate sessions,
transfer their experience and impressions regarding their professional activity in the sports world.
An important part of the course is the series of guided visits to sports facilities (Complejo Deportivo de Can Ricart sports centre, FC Barcelona
and RDC Español football stadiums, Car de Sant Cugat high-performance centre, Circuit de Catalunya motor sport circuit, Centro Internacional de Vela
sailing centre, among others).
Finally, the course is completed with the writing of a master's thesis in which all the knowledge acquired throughout the course is put into practice.
This activity has methodological support and personalized tutoring performed by programme lecturers and collaborators.
