Registration process

In order to register to one of our programmes, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill in the online form on your programme's website. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on the next steps.
  2. Pay the corresponding fee.
    1. For Master, Diploma and Postgraduate courses:
      These programmes require an admission process for which an admission fee of € 120.00 must be paid. Should you be admitted the programme, the admission fee will be deducted from the programme's tuition fees. Should you not be admitted or should the programme be cancelled, the admission fee will be refunded to you.
    2. For specialisation courses, conferences and seminars:
      In order to be formally enrolled to any of these courses you must pay the course's total tuition fees before the beginning of the course.
    Payments can be made either by bank transfer or by credit/debit card by following the instructions below:
    • Credit/Debit card (download the corresponding authorisation form)

      Remember to include the following information:
      Beneficiary: Fundació Privada Institut d'Educació Contínua
      Concept : First and last name, programme code (included in your confirmation e-mail)
      Once the transfer is ordered, please send a copy of your bank confirmation receipt to the following e-mail address:
  3. Upload the required application documents to our online platform. You will find the corresponding access codes in a confirmation email.
    1. For Master, Diploma and Postgraduate courses:
      • Scanned passport-size photo
      • Scanned copy of your Passport/ID
      • Scanned copy of your Bachelor’s Degree
      • Scanned copy of your Transcript of Records (strongly recommended)
      • Motivation letter
      • Curriculum vitae
      • Signed “Rights and obligations of the participant” (to be dowloaded from your programme’s website)
      Please note that some of our programmes require or recommend the submission of additional documents such as letters of recommendation or art portfolios. Please check the exact list of your programme's application documents either on our online uploading platform or on your programme's website (menu option “Admission requirements and registration”).
      Also remember that once admitted you will need to present officially stamped hard copies of your Bachelor's Degree and Transcript of Records before the beginning of the programme.
