    Programme of practicals and supervision in coaching.

    Objectives:

      • Acquiring transversal and professional experience in coaching.
      • Applying and developing the core competencies of the coach.
      • Extending the level of observation and identifying possibilities of intervention.
      • Reviewing and feedback on the personal focus of the coaching process.
      • Facilitating supervision processes in actual practicals.

    Characteristics:

      • Aimed at coaching practicals of the following types: personal, executive and management.
      • Focusing on critical skills.
      • Development of applications focusing on the most common situations in coaching practice.
      • Focus on the action and indicators of the process.
      • Agreements with various entities for collaborations in carrying out the practicals.
      • Free and paid sessions.
      • Confidentiality of names and references of identity of all external coachees.

    Methodology:

      • Case-study analysis.
      • Work on cases and simulations of the main subjects and problems observed in coaching processes.
      • Structuring of coaching sessions and groups for practicals for putting into practice and defining the professional career path of the coach.
      • Coaching practicals with other students of the programme and external clients (not students of the course).
      • Supervision by lecturers of the programme.
      • Practicals in processes of at least three sessions per coachee.
      • Carrying out of a written summary for each coaching process (this summary shall be used as a part of the assessment process of the students).
      • Analysis of video recordings of coaching sessions. Recording and subsequent analysis of sessions carried out by students-coach.
      • Use in parallel of group and individual supervision.

Final Degree
