Litigation finance is one of those new forms of venture capital that are becoming commonplace in more mature financial markets, such as the United States and the United Kingdom. In fact, in 2022, this modality moved up to 17 billion dollars. Xavier Fornt, professor and expert in international banking, explains what it is all about.
