The Foundation for Education in Paraguay hires a former student of the Master in Public and Social Policy

The Foundation for Excellence in Education and Research in Paraguay has hired Carmen Liliana Romero, a former student of the Master in Public and Social Policy as executive director. Romero studied Architecture at the Universidad Nacional de Asunción and the Participatory Strategic Planning (IULA- CELCADEL), and was selected following an open competition carried out by a company and consulting agency specialized in human resource selection.

She worked with Alter Vida-Gestión Ambiental (geAm) from 2004 to 2013 as general coordinator and manager of the “Political-institutional cooperation and management of technical teams and specialists” program. In 2004 she worked for the Ministry of Housing as interim coordinator and technical assistant in the Transparency and Citizen Participation Unit.
 
The Master in Public and Social Policy takes place in UPF-IDEC in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University and is one of the most prestigious programmes in Europe.
