Patrimonia, economics and finances blog

UPF Barcelona School of Management launches its new patrimonia.bsm.upf.edu video blog about economics and finance. The UPF professor and economist Xavier Puig will head up the blog, along with other leading UPF economists: Óscar Elvira, Xavier Brun, Gemma Cid, Albert Sagués, Carmen Jover and Miquel Paniol.

The Patrimonia video blog has been developed as a specialized communication tool in the area of economics and finance, aimed at anybody who wants to be informed in this area. Patrimonia will be a trove of articles, teaching material (comments, presentations, cases), videos and books from the seven authors, all relating to economics and finance. The central focus of the blog will be the videos, categorized according to whether they are videoblogs (observations on current issues), classes (educational sessions) or various (media appearances). Each week, the various authors will post their videoblogs, reflecting on the economic and financial aspects of current affairs.

To launch the videoblog, Xavier Puig will discuss what is the best option for our savings, fixed rate or variable rate investment.
