We have to consider the market as it really is: with a consumer empowered not only by social networks, but also because he is always in contact with corporate stakeholders, making marketing management more complex. If a marketer does not learn the concepts of reputation in a time where all brands are exposed to society, he is helpless against the demands of citizens on the market and, therefore, he lost the opportunity to take advantage of the context that surrounds him.
At this conference, Milton Vela will introduce us the 6 reputation keys for marketing and how to strengthen the trust of our best marketers: the people.
Milton Vela has studied the Master in Communication Management at the UPF Barcelona School of Management. He is one of the most influential marketers in the Peruvian social network. Author of the book "Marketing and Reputation, from Attraction to Trust" (Editorial Planeta), which received a Summa Cum Laude Award for the intellectual contribution in the area of marketing 2016, granted by the Peruvian Marketing Society. Since 2012, he has been in charge Café Taipá consulting, where he has worked with clients such as BBVA Continental, Telefonica, Hudbay Mineral and local brands such as Interbank, Plaza Vea and Pardos Chicken.
