The channels of access to the labor market have changed with the crisis and the arrival of new technologies, but there is an element that is still present in the process to get a job.
We all follow a series of steps such as preparing the CV, preparing a cover letter, collecting information from the company that interests us, etc. To achieve a single objective: the personal interview.
The first impression is one of the key factors in the selection process of a company. In this workshop you will learn how to "sell" and focus your skills to succeed, that is, to persuade the interviewer that you are the right person for the position they are offering.
Speaker: Maite Soto, graduated in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources Consulting focused on finding managers, training and advising in career management, both for the design of career plans, valuations of potential, retention of talent and identification of potential (Aggrupa, Tallman, MOA-group BPI, Vasis Conseil).
